The AXXESS Forté is a new integrated amplifier, DAC, and streamer by Audio Group Denmark. It was introduced by Lars Kristensen, one of the founders of Audio Group Denmark, at Blink High End during an audio event in which the flagship products from Børresen, Aavik, and Ansuz were also shown.
The Axxess Forté features a streamer module inspired by the one used in the Aavik streamers. This module, designed as a dedicated audio unit, contains high-quality capacitors and does not use any microcomputers. This makes signal processing extremely clean and radically reduces unwanted noise.
The Axxess Forté series has three models: the Axxess Forté 1, 2, and 3. The main technical characteristics of these integrated amplifiers include an output power of 2 x 100W (8 ohm), digital inputs such as 1 x optical Toslink, 1 x coaxial S/PDIF BNC, and 1 x USB-B. It also has analog inputs such as 1 x Line RCA and analog outputs such as 1 x RCA with preamplifier and a 6.3 mm headphone jack. The streamer ports include 1 x Ethernet RJ-45 and 2 x USB-A.
