The lucky draw is subject to the rules and regulations determined by Hi End Asia +, and the winners will be chosen through a raffle to be held at the Ballroom Floor, Sofitel Hotel City Centre, Singapore.
**4. Video and Photography Release**
Hi End Asia + may capture photographs, videos, or audio recordings during our conventions and events for promotional and marketing purposes. By attending our events, you grant Hi End Asia + the right to use and publish these materials, which may include your image, likeness, voice, and appearance, without expectation of any compensation or further consent.
**5. Ticket Sales and Authorized Parties**
Tickets for Hi End Asia + conventions and events can only be purchased from our official website at “www.hiendasia.com”. We do not authorize any third parties to sell tickets on our behalf. Visitors who purchase tickets from unauthorized parties do so at their own risk and may be denied entry to the event and no refunds will be entertained. Hi End Asia + shall not be held responsible for any issues arising from tickets purchased through unauthorized channels.
**6. Venue Safety and Security**
By attending the show, all participants acknowledge that certain risks may be associated with attending large gatherings and events, and they voluntarily assume these risks. Attendees and participants hereby agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Hi End Asia + Pte. Ltd. and its officers, agents, and employees from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from any injury, loss, or harm experienced during the show, unless resulting from the Organiser’s negligence.
The Organiser will have medical personnel or first aid stations available on-site to provide basic medical assistance during the convention.
Attendees who require medical attention or witness medical emergencies should immediately inform the nearest organising staff or security personnel for prompt assistance.
In the event of an emergency, attendees are urged to follow all instructions provided by the Organiser, security personnel, or authorized emergency responders. Emergency exits and evacuation routes will be clearly marked, and attendees must familiarize themselves with these locations upon entering the convention premises. Attendees must evacuate the convention venue promptly and safely in the event of a fire, natural disaster, security threat, or any other emergency situation.
The organiser shall not be held responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from the failure of attendees to follow emergency procedures.
**7. Visitor Conduct and Entry Refusal**
Hi End Asia + reserves the right to remove and refuse entry to any visitor who is found misbehaving or violating the event's rules and regulations. We prioritise the safety and enjoyment of all attendees, and any disruptive behaviour may lead to immediate expulsion from the event without any refund.
**8. Modifications and Updates**
Hi End Asia + retains the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed about any changes. By continuing to use our services after any modifications, you signify your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
**9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction**
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
